It took a while to realise the ‘figure’ in the painting is a photo of yourself! This is really, really very well done. I’d love to know the process you went through to arrive at this image. Please describe it?

There’s an old alley behind my house that is full of potholes… I was planning to dye every puddle a different color but it was too bright to notice from any distance… So I worked on one puddle… As I dropped the food coloring in the water the wind would move the water just enough to not mix the color out with the mud… Even the addition of dye moves the water slightly… It is mesmerizing like a fire… I was trying to find an angle without my reflection… I jumped the puddle and saw myself… So I stepped across and took a few photos…
